Giselle is a blue Blood Rose hero with two jobs: her talent adds 5% to the attack of every Blood Rose hero, and her third skill makes your wood gathering faster and bigger for the whole account.
- Class: SUP
- Faction: Blood Rose (Assaulter troops)
- Rarity: blue (B)
- Arrived: the base roster
- In one line: the early faction-attack talent, and the wood-gathering specialist

What Giselle does in Last Z
Giselle fights with a crowbar. Alloy Crowbar raises the damage of her normal attacks, and Crowbar Impact swings it through a fan-shaped area ahead of her. Both are blue-grade skills you’ll outgrow in your first week.
Gathering Master: Wood is the skill you won’t outgrow. It’s a Global Effect that raises wood gathering speed by 45% and wood production by 30% at the cap, account-wide, and its stars add more of both. Every lumber run and every mill in the base pays out more with her levelled, and she doesn’t have to leave the barracks for it.
Her talent, Faction Attack, raises the attack of every Blood Rose hero by 5%. It unlocks at level 50 with four stars, blue fragments make that a quick target, and it stacks with Ava’s purple +10%.
So she’s two small, permanent bonuses that cost almost nothing: wood for the base, and 5% attack for the faction.
Giselle’s skills and stats
| Skill | Type | What it does at level 30 | What each star adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alloy Crowbar | Normal Attack Boost | Raises the damage factor of her normal attacks. Grows with skill level. | +30, +30, +30, then +40 and +70 to the damage factor |
| Crowbar Impact | Active Skill | Swings the crowbar, damaging enemies in a fan-shaped area ahead. The damage factor climbs with skill level. | +60, +60, +60, +80, then +140 to the damage factor |
| Gathering Master: Wood | Global Effect | Wood gathering speed +45% and wood production +30%, account-wide. | Wood gathering speed +3%, wood production +15%, wood gathering speed +6%, resource production +20%, then gathering speed +15% |
| Faction Attack | Exclusive Talent | Increases the hero ATK of the Blood Rose faction by 5%. | The talent itself; no star steps |
Her attack, defence and troop size climb with her level, stars, skill levels and gear, so the live figures are on her hero card in your own game. As a blue hero she starts well below the purple and orange roster and caps lowest of all.
The upgrade order that gets the most out of her:
- Level her to 30 and put skill books into Gathering Master: Wood. The account-wide bonus is the first payoff.
- Four stars and level 50 for Faction Attack. Cheap, permanent, faction-wide.
- Five stars when they come. The last gathering step is the biggest.
- Nothing on her combat skills. They don’t matter.
Is Giselle worth it for F2P?
Yes, as a base hero. Wood is the resource that gates most early construction, and a 45% gathering bonus plus 30% production, running from the barracks, is the kind of thing a free player feels every day. The faction talent is a bonus on top, and the whole package costs blue fragments and skill books rather than anything scarce.
What she isn’t is a fighter. Never field her in a formation that matters, and never give her cores.
How to get Giselle fragments
Giselle comes through Hero Recruitment Tickets at the Club, and she also appears in the Warrior Battle Pass and the shop’s special offers. The Club is the free route and a reliable one. Her stars take blue fragments, which the game pays out faster than any other kind. Four stars is the milestone for the talent; five is the last gathering step.
Best build and gear for Giselle
Hero gear fills four slots: Gun, Helmet, Armor and Boots. Give Giselle none. Neither her gathering skill nor her talent reads her gear, and a blue hero’s stats aren’t worth a single core.
Giselle’s best formation and faction pairing
Both of her useful effects run from the barracks, so she doesn’t need a formation. If your roster is thin enough that she’s filling a slot, keep that squad Blood Rose for Oliveira’s per-hero bonus, and remember the faction triangle: Wings of Dawn beats Blood Rose, Blood Rose beats Guard of Order, and Guard of Order beats Wings of Dawn.
If she marches, keep the squad Blood Rose:
- Audrey, her blue opposite number, with the matching +5% faction defence talent.
- Ava and Miranda, the purple pair whose talents stack on top.
Giselle vs the alternatives at the same role
| Hero | Faction | Rarity | What she’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Giselle | Blood Rose | blue | +5% attack to the faction, and wood gathering |
| Ava | Blood Rose | purple | +10% attack to the faction |
| Athena | Guard of Order | blue | The same design for electricity gathering |
| Natalie | Wings of Dawn | blue | The same design for food gathering |
The three blue gathering heroes are one design in three factions and three resources: Giselle for wood, Athena for electricity, Natalie for food, each with a +5% faction attack talent. An account wants all three levelled whatever faction it runs, because the gathering bonuses don’t care which faction the hero belongs to. Ava is the purple version of Giselle’s talent, and the two stack.
Where she lands against the whole roster is on the tier list. For what to do with her in your first day, the beginner’s progression guide covers it.
