Fiona is the purple Wings of Dawn flamethrower whose talent adds 10% to the attack of every Wings of Dawn hero you own, and that passive is worth more than anything her flames do on the field.
- Class: ATK
- Faction: Wings of Dawn (Shooter troops)
- Rarity: purple (A)
- Arrived: the base roster
- In one line: a purple attacker whose talent buffs the whole faction’s attack

What Fiona does in Last Z
Fiona carries a flamethrower. Flame Enhancement raises the damage of her normal attacks. Flame Jet is her active, a fan of high-pressure flame ahead of her that lasts three seconds, and her stars widen it and stretch it. Attack Expert, her Global Effect, adds a flat amount to her own attack that grows with every skill level.
Her talent is the reason she’s here. Faction Attack raises the attack of every Wings of Dawn hero by 10%. It unlocks at level 50 with four stars, and once it’s on it applies to Laura, Amelia, Scarlett and the rest whether Fiona marches or sits in the barracks.
Think of her as a piece of faction gear rather than a fifth squad member. She can fill a slot in a second formation, and she will, but the reason to level her is the 10% she hands the orange heroes who do the real fighting.
Fiona’s skills and stats
| Skill | Type | What it does | What each star adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flame Enhancement | Normal Attack Boost | Raises the damage factor of her normal attacks. Grows with skill level. | +45, +45, +45, then +60 and +105 to the damage factor |
| Flame Jet | Active Skill | Sprays high-pressure flame into a fan-shaped area ahead, lasting 3 seconds. | +100 damage factor, +100 damage factor, range +30%, +200 damage factor, then duration +2 seconds |
| Attack Expert | Global Effect | Adds a flat amount to her own attack. Grows with skill level. | Hero attack +50, +50, +100, +200, then +300 |
| Faction Attack | Exclusive Talent | Increases the hero ATK of the Wings of Dawn faction by 10%. | The talent itself; no star steps |
Her attack, defence and troop size climb with her level, stars, skill levels and gear, so the live figures are on her hero card in your own game. As a purple hero she starts below the orange roster and caps lower.
The upgrade order that gets the most out of her:
- Level her to 50 and get her to four stars. The faction talent needs both.
- Attack Expert next, if she fights in a second formation.
- Flame Jet, then Flame Enhancement. Her own damage.
Is Fiona worth it for F2P?
Yes, because she’s cheap and the payoff is wide. She comes through Prime Recruitment Tickets at the Club, the Warrior Battle Pass’s daily rewards and Home Defence, purple fragments arrive quickly, and four stars on her is realistic within the first weeks. The 10% faction attack is permanent and applies to every Wings of Dawn hero you’ll ever own.
The honest limit is that the talent is the whole prize. Her own damage is purple-grade, and a Wings of Dawn first formation fills with orange heroes quickly.
Best build and gear for Fiona
Hero gear fills four slots: Gun, Helmet, Armor and Boots. Don’t spend cores on Fiona. Her talent doesn’t read her gear, and every core she takes is one an orange hero doesn’t get. Hand-me-down gear is the right level of investment if she holds a slot in a second formation.
Fiona’s best formation and faction pairing
Her talent works whether she’s deployed or not, so formation is a question of whether she has a slot at all. In a second formation, a Wings of Dawn line-up still earns Scarlett’s per-hero bonus if Scarlett is in it, and Fiona counts as one of the five. The faction triangle applies to any squad she joins: Wings of Dawn beats Blood Rose, Blood Rose beats Guard of Order, and Guard of Order beats Wings of Dawn.
If she marches, keep the squad Wings of Dawn:
- Isabella, her purple opposite number, with the matching +10% faction defence talent.
- Christina for a second formation that attacks cities.
- Any orange Wings of Dawn hero your first formation can spare.
How to get Fiona fragments
Fiona comes through Prime Recruitment Tickets at the Club, and the sources that track her also list the Warrior Battle Pass’s daily rewards and Home Defence. Her stars take purple fragments, which the game hands out far more freely than orange ones. Four stars is the milestone, because that’s where Faction Attack unlocks.
Fiona vs the alternatives at the same role
| Hero | Faction | Rarity | What she’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiona | Wings of Dawn | purple | +10% attack to every Wings of Dawn hero |
| Isabella | Wings of Dawn | purple | +10% defence to every Wings of Dawn hero |
| Natalie | Wings of Dawn | blue | +5% attack to every Wings of Dawn hero, plus food gathering |
| Ava | Blood Rose | purple | The same +10% attack talent for Blood Rose |
Fiona and Isabella are a pair, one for attack and one for defence, and a Wings of Dawn account wants both at four stars. Natalie is the half-strength version of Fiona’s talent on a blue hero, the stopgap until Fiona is starred, and the two stack. Ava and Leah carry Fiona’s talent for the other two factions.
Where she lands against the whole roster is on the tier list. For what to do with her in your first day, the beginner’s progression guide covers it.
