Bounty Missions in Last Z: the daily board, blue to orange grades and their odds, helps and plunders, and why every refresh is saved for Tuesday.

Bounty Missions are the daily mission board: seven to nine missions of your own in blue, purple and orange, five helps for allies and five plunders from other states, resetting at 00:00 Apocalypse Time, and the orange ones are worth 60,000 Alliance Duel points each on Tuesday, which is why every refresh you own is saved for that morning.

  • Scope: solo, from the Mission Center
  • When: the board resets at 00:00 Apocalypse Time; uncompleted missions refresh with it
  • The grades: blue (B), purple (A) and orange (S), rolled at 68%, 24% and 8%
  • The day that pays: Tuesday’s Shelter Upgrade, 60,000 duel points per orange mission; Saturday pays 12,000
  • The refresh: a refresh ticket, or 100 diamonds

What Bounty Missions are and when they run

The Mission Center opens the board. Three sections sit on it. Your own missions, seven to nine a day, each a job for a hero and some troops: a patrol, a delivery, a rescue, with a reward and a grade. Help Ally, five a day, where you send troops to finish an alliance member’s mission and take a share. Plunder Others, five a day, where you zoom out on the world map, find another state’s missions marked with a white bubble, and steal them.

Each mission has a grade, and the grade is rolled when it appears: blue is the common one, purple less so, orange rare. A refresh rerolls your unstarted missions, and it costs a refresh ticket or 100 diamonds. A Star Mission appears every two days, can’t be refreshed, and pays more than any ordinary one.

Two mechanics matter for the routine. Each bounty queue runs two missions at the same time without using your march queues, so the board doesn’t compete with gathering. And troops on one mission can’t be sent on another until the first finishes.

How scoring works in Bounty Missions

The board pays twice: the mission’s own reward, and the Alliance Duel points the orange ones carry.

Where it scoresWhatPoints
Alliance Duel, Tuesday (Shelter Upgrade)Perform 1 orange Bounty Mission60,000 base
Alliance Duel, Saturday (Enemy Buster)Perform 1 orange Bounty Mission12,000 base
State Ruler weekPlunder 1 enemy state truck100 state points

The 60,000 is the base rate; Alliance Recognition doubles and triples it, and a researched account reads 100,000 to 250,000 per orange mission on its own panel. Five orange missions on a Tuesday is the first three chests of the day’s ladder before anything else is spent. That number is why the refresh matters: at 8% an orange roll is rare, and a board refreshed until it holds five or six orange missions on Tuesday morning is worth more than a week of blue ones.

The mission’s own reward scales with the grade too: orange missions pay orange skill books, and at higher Headquarters levels steel and Forging Stones, with the Star Missions paying the most.

What to do each day with Bounty Missions

  1. Check the Star Mission first. It can’t be refreshed, so run it before anything else touches the board.
  2. On Tuesday, refresh before you start. Tickets first, diamonds if it’s close. Reroll the unstarted missions until the board holds five or six orange, then lock them in by starting them. Refreshing after you’ve started a mission doesn’t touch it.
  3. Run the seven to nine own missions. Two per queue at a time; the rest wait.
  4. Spend the five helps on allies’ orange missions. A help on a blue mission uses a help on a blue reward.
  5. Spend the five plunders on orange or Star missions. Zoom out to another state, find the white bubbles, pick the orange ones.
  6. Claim everything before 00:00. The board resets, and unclaimed is gone.
  7. On every other day, don’t refresh. The tickets are for Tuesday, and Saturday second.

Bounty Missions rewards and what to spend them on

Orange missions pay orange skill books and, as the account grows, steel and Forging Stones; the Star Missions pay the biggest single rewards on the board. The duel points are the other half, and on Tuesday they’re the bigger one.

What to do with it. The orange skill books go to the barracks skills that work every day (Katrina’s exploration, Sophia’s construction, Chinatsu’s duel points). The Forging Stones are gear. The Tuesday duel points are the reason the refresh tickets exist, and the 20 to 40 tickets a serious player holds into Tuesday are the difference between chest 3 and chest 6 on the day’s ladder.

Mistakes that cost points in Bounty Missions

  • Refreshing on a Wednesday. The tickets are rare and Tuesday is the day. Saturday’s 12,000 is a fifth of Tuesday’s 60,000.
  • Refreshing for purple. Orange or keep rolling. A purple mission is a blue mission with a nicer colour on Tuesday.
  • Thinking the limit is five missions. It’s seven to nine of your own, plus five helps, plus five plunders.
  • Spending helps and plunders on blue. Ten slots a day, and each one should land on an orange or a Star.
  • Skipping the Star Mission. It’s the best reward on the board and it won’t reroll.
  • Missing the reset. 00:00 Apocalypse Time, and whatever wasn’t claimed is gone.

Are Bounty Missions worth it for a free player?

Yes, and Tuesday is the day a free account can outscore a spender on. The board is free, the Star Mission is free, and the refresh tickets come from the game itself; the only diamonds in the routine are the optional 100 for one more roll when the board is one orange short. Five orange missions on a Tuesday is a duel chest ladder’s first rungs without a speedup spent.

The honest limit is the roll. Eight percent means a board of eight has less than a coin-flip’s chance of a single orange before refreshing, so the tickets are the resource, and a free account’s Tuesday is as good as its ticket stash. Hold them all week.

Bounty Missions sit in the events schedule as the daily board under Tuesday of the Alliance Duel, and the beginner’s progression guide covers what to build before any of this matters.
