Mia is the Guard of Order defender whose third skill hands you 500 Modification Blueprints a day and 30% more EXP from vehicle upgrades, account-wide, which makes her worth level 30 on any account that modifies its vehicle.
- Class: DEF
- Faction: Guard of Order (Rider troops)
- Rarity: orange (S)
- Arrived: the base roster
- In one line: a defender with a lightning skill and the vehicle-modification account skill
Skill numbers on this page are the level 30 values, which is the cap, read from the game in the Dinosaur Origin season (Season 4 where Desert counts, Season 3 where it doesn’t).

What Mia does in Last Z
Mia fights with electricity. Electro Amplification raises the damage of her normal attacks to a damage factor of 1500 at the cap. Lightning Link is her active: a bolt at damage factor 2400 that bounces between monsters, and two of her stars add more bounces. Her talent, Potential Unleashed, buffs her own attack, defence and troop capacity.
Expert Modifier is the account skill. It’s a Global Effect that gives you 500 Modification Blueprints for free every day and raises the EXP you get from modified vehicle upgrades by 30% at the cap. Its stars add more free blueprints and more EXP, and the fifth star adds 200% to the modified vehicle’s skill damage. It runs whether she marches or not.
So, like Katrina in Blood Rose, she’s a defender first and an account skill second, and most players level her for the second. The vehicle is one of the slower systems to grow, and she’s the hero who speeds it up.
Mia’s skills and stats
| Skill | Type | Unlocks at | What it does at level 30 | What each star adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Electro Amplification | Normal Attack Boost | hero level 1 | Increases normal attacks’ damage factor to 1500. | +90, +90, +90, then +120 and +210 to the damage factor |
| Lightning Link | Active Skill | hero level 20 | Releases a lightning bolt that can bounce between monsters, at damage factor 2400. | +150 damage factor, more bounces, +150 damage factor, more bounces, then +300 damage factor |
| Expert Modifier | Global Effect | hero level 30 | Obtain 500 Modification Blueprints for free daily, and increase EXP yields from modified vehicle upgrades by 30%. | Free Modification Blueprints +100, EXP yields from upgrades +5%, free Modification Blueprints +200, EXP yields from upgrades +10%, then modified vehicle skill damage +200% |
| Potential Unleashed | Exclusive Talent | hero level 50 and 4 stars | Self ATK +10%, DEF +10% and troop capacity +5%. | The talent itself; no star steps |
Her attack, defence and troop size climb with her level, stars, skill levels and gear, so the live figures are on her hero card in your own game. As an orange hero she starts well above a purple one and caps higher.
The upgrade order that gets the most out of her:
- Level her to 30. Expert Modifier switches on there, and the daily blueprints start arriving.
- Skill books into Expert Modifier. More EXP from every upgrade you were going to do anyway.
- Stars, as fragments allow. The first and third add free blueprints every day; the fifth is a large bonus to the vehicle’s own skill damage.
- Level 50 and four stars for Potential Unleashed, if she fights for you.
- Lightning Link, then Electro Amplification. Her own damage.
Is Mia worth it for F2P?
Yes. Expert Modifier needs only hero level 30 and skill books, both of which come from play, and 500 free blueprints a day is a resource a free player would otherwise be grinding for. The 30% EXP bonus compounds on top of every upgrade. Her fifth star is a real prize for anyone who fights with the vehicle, but it’s a long way off and the base skill is most of the value.
The sources that track her list the Warrior Battle Pass, special offers and recruitment tickets as routes, so she’s somewhere between a free pull and a pass hero; if she’s in your roster, level her.
Best build and gear for Mia
Hero gear fills four slots: Gun, Helmet, Armor and Boots. Armor boosts defence and troop HP, the Helmet attack and defence, the Gun attack, and Boots a mix of all three. Gear levels up with enhancement alloys and promotes with power cores.
If she’s your vehicle skill and nothing more, give her no gear; Expert Modifier doesn’t read her stats. If she fights, she’s a defender whose two combat skills are about her own damage, the same shape as Katrina, so the Gun and Helmet come first, Armor third, Boots last.
How to get Mia fragments
Mia comes through recruitment tickets, the Warrior Battle Pass and the shop’s special offers, according to the sources that track her. Once she’s unlocked, the orange fragments the game pays out on a schedule are what you’ll feed her. Most of them are universal and work on any S hero; a few are tied to one hero, so check the item before you count on it.
- Daily Tasks. 150 points on the Daily Tasks page pays one orange fragment.
- Full Preparedness. 18 medals trade for two orange fragments.
- Gold Trucks. Sending and looting them is the steady source most players overlook.
- Weekly gifts. Six orange fragments a week, claimed, not earned.
- The Z Points store sells S fragments five at a time for diamonds. The diamond guide covers whether that’s a good use of them.
- VIP 10 adds daily orange fragments, a route for spenders rather than a plan.
Mia’s best formation and faction pairing
A formation carries five heroes and their troops, and Guard of Order heroes field Riders. Keep the squad Guard of Order for the faction’s own bonuses: Evelyn’s per-hero attack and defence and the capacity at five, Sakura’s +10% Rider damage from the barracks, Harleyna’s +10% troop HP at five. The faction triangle applies: Guard of Order beats Wings of Dawn, Wings of Dawn beats Blood Rose, and Blood Rose beats Guard of Order.
Who to put beside her, keeping the squad Guard of Order:
- Evelyn first, for the squad bonus.
- Chinatsu for damage, with her duel skill levelled anyway.
- Sakura for the Rider damage buff.
- Amber for raw damage, or Harleyna for the troop HP at five.
Mia vs the alternatives at the same role
| Hero | Faction | Rarity | What she’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mia | Guard of Order | orange | The Guard of Order defender, with the vehicle-modification skill |
| Katrina | Blood Rose | orange | The Blood Rose defender, with the exploration skill |
| Elizabeth | Guard of Order | purple | +10% defence to every Guard of Order hero |
Mia and Katrina are the same idea in two factions: an orange defender whose combat skills hit harder than her class suggests, carrying an account skill most players value more than her fighting. Which one you build is which faction you run. Inside Guard of Order, Elizabeth is the purple defender whose talent makes Mia and everyone else in the faction tougher; the two aren’t rivals for a slot.
Where she lands against the whole roster is on the tier list. For what to do with her in your first day, the beginner’s progression guide covers it.
